This duel fuel (lp gas and charcoal) grill offers a total of 934 square inches of total cooking space. The lp gas grill has two 15,000 BTU stainless steel P shaped burners for 30'000 BTU's of gas cooking power covered with an enameled steel heat tent that protects the burners and vaporize falling juices that flavor food. There is also a 12,000 BTU side burner built-in on one side shelf. The charcoal grill offers an adjustable charcoal tray for cooking flexibility and has a 10,000 BTU electronic ignition burner that eliminates the need for use of lighter fluid and as well included is a large ash pan accessible easily from the front of the grill for cleaning. The lid assembly consists of a double-wall stainless steel sleeve for use of heat retention, a temperature gauge and an easy grip lid handle. The easy to clean enameled cast iron cooking grates retain heat to sear foods and lock in flavorful juices, in addition along with an enameled wiring warming rack providing plenty of cooking space.
